Delivery

  • Order(s) will be processed after the final payment has been confirmed.
  • Most orders are delivered to you within 1 to 3 business days. But please allow up to 6 business days from your order acknowledgement for delivery. (Some rural areas and certain items going to the South Island may take longer).
  • We only offer shipping Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
  • Your ordered items will collect from our warehouse or supplier to prepare at our shop. We will pack on same time to all together in terms of shipping situated for the best possible to service. Most of time, Multiple items within one order will be delivered together. You do not need to wait different time schedule as different item suppliers.
  • To ensure speedy delivery, please verify your shipping address before you submit your order.
  • At present, we ship only to nation-wide New Zealand.

CUSTOMER PICKUP

  • *              After confirmation your payment we will ring or email to you for collection time.
  • *              To pick up an order, you must bring the Order sheet emailed by us and your ID to our shop.

Overweight or Oversize items ay incur a surcharge fee. The additional fee will be added to the final cost of your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Customer must report to OEM Computers within 7 Days from the shipping date about any missing, damaged parcel or any defects caused by the courier.
  • We do not take any responsibility for uninformed missing, damaged parcel or any matters caused by the courier after 7 Days.
  • We will advise you by email once your order has been delivered.

To ensure the fastest possible processing of your order, please use your order number as a reference word on the deposit.
