· Any software supplied with components is supplied as Trial Version Only. Any support for this software must come from the software developer or their agents. OEM computers does not offer support on software.
· Ownership and title of the Products do not pass to the Customer until paid in full to OEM NZ Limited. OEM NZ Limited reserves the right to collect unpaid products by peaceful means.
· Any Warranty supplied is NOT an instant replacement warranty, although we will do our best to minimize your down-time.

Standard Warranty

All parts come with 1 year Return to base Manufactures (RTB) warranty.

Return to Base means the item will need to be returned to OEM computers premises for the warranty to processed. This is generally at the cost of the customer.

Faulty parts are first checked in our service department to verify the fault and to determine if the item is still within its warranty coverage. Then the item is processed on to our suppler for repair or replacement.

The normal turnaround time is 3 -14 working days, or may be longer depending on the suppliers stock.
OEM Ultra Parts Warranty
-
All parts come with 1 year Return to base Manufactures (RTB) warranty.

If the item is faulty and under warranty coverage, OEM Computers will pay the cost to send back to customer. (Customer need to pay the fee to send to OEM Computers)

Faulty parts are first checked in our service department to verify the fault and to determine if the item is still within its warranty coverage. Then OEM Computers will process it for repair or replacement.

Guarantee turnaround time is 3 working days (72 hours). If for some reason beyond our control we can't get replacement parts within this time, we will loan the customer other suitable parts till their replacement arrive.
OEM Standard PC System Warranty

All OEM PC System came with 1 Year Parts & Labour Return to base Manufactures (RTB) warranty.

Return to Base means the System will need to be returned to OEM Computers premises for the warranty to be processed. This is generally at the cost of the customer.

Faulty System is first checked in our service department to verify whether the fault is caused by hardware or software and determine if the system is still within is warranty coverage.

Any faulty parts we will send back to our suppler for repair or replacement. The normal turnaround time is 3-14 working days, or may be longer depending on the suppliers stock and No labour charge.

If the system problem is caused by software, then the fault is not covered by warranty. It could be a chargeable job. The turnaround time is 3 working days (72 hours).
